AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering the gaming floor and participating in games, tournaments, or other activities, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

You acknowledge that all gaming activities at Sand Hills Casino (Carberry) are governed by applicable laws, regulations, and rules of each respective province or territory. You agree to abide by these laws, regulations, and rules in Your participation at the casino.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment options for gaming activities may include but not be limited to: cash, credit cards, electronic funds transfer (EFT), and other methods as authorized by management. Fees associated with payment processing shall apply accordingly.

CREDIT AND ACCOUNT LIMITS

If You wish to access a line of credit or engage in progressive betting schemes, You must agree to all applicable terms and conditions regarding repayment schedules, interest rates, and maximum bet limits.

SELF-EXCLUSION POLICY

You may request self-exclusion from the gaming floor for specified periods. Upon expiration of Your exclusion period, re-entry will be permitted unless You notify management prior to or during any subsequent visit.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform any obligation under these Terms that results from circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, equipment failures, or disruptions due to power outages.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Manitoba and Canada. Any disputes arising between You and Sand Hills Casino (Carberry) shall be resolved through arbitration as determined by applicable law.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The casino reserves the right to modify or terminate these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective on their respective announced implementation dates.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and Sand Hills Casino (Carberry) regarding Your participation in gaming activities at this facility. By continuing with gameplay, You acknowledge acceptance of all conditions contained within these Terms.

By signing below, You agree to be bound by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions upon initial entry into the gaming floor or first interaction with casino staff members during a visit.
